On a somewhat sticky track, Richa (62) and Meghana (53) contributed 71 runs for the fourth wicket in 50 balls, pushing RCB to 157/6.

Despite a fourth-wicket partnership of Grace Harris (38) and Shewta Sehrawat (31) scoring 77 runs in 44 balls, leg-spinner Asha (5/22) claimed five wickets to leave UP at 155/7.

When Asha took three wickets in the 17th over, the game took a turn for the worse for UP, who were cruising to victory at 116/3 in the 15th over.

In an attempt to break UP’s back, she dismissed Harris, Sehrawat, and Kiran Navgire in that over.

Brief scores: UP Warriorz: 155/7 in 20 overs (Harris 38, Sehrawat 31; Asha 5/22) against Royal Challengers Bangalore: 157/6 in 20 overs (Ghosh 62, Meghana 53; Gayakwad 2/24).
